Overview
Explore the depths of your fish tank, pool or fountain with Megatech’s Ocean Explorer-1 submarine. Our deep diving research sub will probe depths up to 6 feet while maintaining a solid radio link. With its twin motors and fully proportional radio control, the Explorer-1 dives, ascends and executes “turn-on-a-dime” maneuvers.

The Explorer-1 comes with three front mounted high-powered exploration lights for missions into the deep while illusive giant goldfish curiously look on. Built-in red and green sequential flashing running lights also alert timid mammoth angle fish they’re about to have a close encounter with the upper world.

The Ocean Explorer-1 comes completely assembled with rechargeable battery power, and only needs 8AA batteries to power-up the two-channel surface command transmitter. Should your Explorer-1 ever run out of power, experience radio-link interference, fear not…our failsafe system is preset to automatically shut down the engines and blow all ballast sending the Explorer-1 safely on an emergency return trip to the surface.
